ORDERS BY PHONE:
Please call us at
(916) 481-CATS, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and leave a detailed
message, including your name, the name of your business (if applicable),
a phone number INCLUDING AREA CODE for us to be able to call you back, a list of the items you'd like to order, and the method of payment you will be using. Please speak slowly and carefully. It's a good idea to e-mail us also as it is easier and faster for us to respond to e-mails.
ORDERS BY FAX:
Please print out
a copy of your order form, fill it out, and fax it to us, 24 hours
a day, 7 days a week, at (916) 481-CATS (481-2287).
ORDERS BY MAIL:
Please print out
two copies of the order form that follows, fill them out, and
mail one copy to us, keeping the second copy for your records.

your check, credit card information or money order (please make

ORDERS BY CREDIT
CARD:
We accept orders
on Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Paypal. Please use our Secure Server; on-line form; or mail, fax, or phone us with all your credit card information. If you would like to simply e-mail us your order and pay by credit card, we suggest sending the first 8 digits of your card in one e-mail; the second 8 digits and expiration date of your card in a second separate e-mail, and your card's expiration date and billing/shipping address in a third separate e-mail for your security. (The safest way to order on-line and pay by credit card is to use our very sophisti-CAT-ed Secure Server and "Shopping Cat" system.)
OUR RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 business days of when you receive your order, upon the return to us in new, unused condition of your merchandise, in original package if possible, with a copy of our paperwork enclosed. Please briefly let us know why the item did not work out for you so that we may continue to improve the quality of our products and customer service. We do refund 100 percent of the original purchase price of the item, less shipping and any special handling charges. Refunds are issued either by crediting back your card, or by check.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Our standard method of shipping for domestic orders is via U.S. Priority Mail, confirmed. For international orders, we ship via airmail, unless it is cost-prohibitive based upon the size and/or weight of the package. If you need to have items arrive to you by a certain date, please be sure to notify us of this fact at the time you place your order.
HOLIDAY ORDERS:
We need to have some time with our loved ones too!! Orders placed after December 15 each year will not be shipped until as soon as possible after January 1 of the following New Year. Thank you for your understanding.
PRIVACY POLICY:
We are a sole proprietorship business, and have no networking with any other person or company. We NEVER provide, make accessible, or sell our customer information to anyone -- period.
