BELLBOOKNBENGAL AKEMI!!

Rita and Elaine from Stockton, CA were looking for a special kitten, preferably a snow Bengal kitten, to add to their household and family. We had a kitten back coming to us from the wonderful Bengal kitten litter born July 4, 2002, to Fantasycats Princess Belle of Bellbooknbengal, sired by our own famous Foothill Felines Metallica. Akemi was this kitten, and when she met Rita and Elaine, it seemed to be love at first sight for all of them!! Rita and Elaine have been wonderful about sending us updates and photos of this beautiful snow girl. Below, one of Rita's recent letters, and of course, pictures of lovely Akemi. The last two pictures were sent in late April 2003.

"Hi Holly, I just wanted to send you some new pictures of Akemi, as you can see she is so beautiful. Last weekend I did her room, I pulled out the carpet, painted the room a light blue so it would look like the sky and then I stenciled flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, hummingbirds, bees -- I brought the outdoors into her room, then I put in a new hardwood floor so in the summer it can be cool in there for her. She is so sweet. She is also funny; whenever she doesn't see me or Elaine she starts to cry, like she is calling out for us. When she sees us, she will stop. Thanks again for my little girl!!"
