$1,695.00 THE 8' TREE MANSION The Tree Mansion in an incredible 8 FEET TALL! The massive trunk measures approx. 7 1/2 feet in circumference! The trunk is hollow with shelving inside. There is an entrance at the bottom of the trunk and another in the center, plus shelves all the way up on the inside trunk so older or declawed kitties will have an easier time getting to the tree house portion. At the top of the tree trunk is a platform that measures 26" x 26" Then on top of the platform sits a tree house structure with two separate condos. The tree house measures 22"x 22"x 22". At the very top is a extra large tree top that can fit probably 10 cats (if they can get that high!) The Tree Mansion comes with three removable branches; one for the trunk and two on the tree top portion. As shown in picture, there will be one removable branch on one side of the house and another on the other side. There will also be several non-removable branches attached to the house, but the ones that stick out are removable. We now offer additional removable branches that you can add to your tree top to make it look really full and luxurious all the way Around; ask us. Or you can add smaller branches on the trunk to use as "steps" on the outside of the trunk. We also will put additional holes anywhere on the tree you want them to be at no extra charge. We recommend having a hole at the top of the trunk where the platform and the house meet, and one on the side of the trunk where the branch is. We can also put holes on the sides of the house portion and at the tree top so the cats can get to the top from the second story of the house. You decide-it's up to you. These amazing trees are often featured on television's popular show "The Price is Right!", and this is also the centerpiece tree here at Foothill Felines. Several color choices available and special order colors are also available for an additional charge.
